Project 1

This bathroom in Orcutt got a fresh, functional update. We replaced the old vanity with a Waypoint 750 F Painted Sage vanity and installed a stylish vessel sink, giving the space a modern, elegant look.

To maximize storage and maintain a cohesive design, we also added a matching cabinet above the toilet. The shower was left as-is, keeping the original features intact.

Project 2

For this bathroom transformation in Orcutt, we converted the existing tub into a spacious walk-in shower, creating a more open and practical design. The shower features classic 3x6 white tile installed in a vertical running bond pattern, adding visual interest while keeping the space bright.

The vanity was upgraded to a Waypoint 410F in a Painted Linen finish, paired with new plumbing fixtures for a clean look. To tie the entire space together, we refaced the closet doors using Showplace cabinetry products, matching the vanity with a Pendleton door style in Painted White II.

This recent bathroom remodel in Orcutt features a fresh design centered around a beautiful double vanity. The space includes classic shaker-style cabinetry from Waypoint Living Spaces, paired with Carrara-inspired countertops that add a bright, elegant touch.

Oval mirrors and glass light fixtures above the vanity bring warmth and character to the room while complementing the clean, classic aesthetic. The result is an inviting bathroom that feels both modern.

For this project, the homeowner provided most of the materials, and our team handled the installation and remodeling work to bring the vision together.

Project 4

For this bathroom remodel in Orcutt, we transformed a traditional tub/shower combo into a sleek, accessible walk-in shower. The shower walls are finished with Roman 12x24 CC FLD MT Beige tile from Tileco, offering a clean, contemporary look with warm neutral tones.

To complete the upgrade, we used Roman 2x2 VC MOS MT Beige tile from Tileco for the shower pan and niche, providing both style and slip-resistant functionality. The result is a beautifully updated space that feels open, modern, and practical.

For this bathroom remodel in Santa Maria, we enclosed the tub and shower area to give it a spa-like look and installed two sets of shower heads and valves, one on each side of the shower.

The vanity was replaced with custom cabinets from Showplace Cabinetry, and we installed new tiled floors.

Project 6

The scope of the project included enhancing vanity area by replacing the cabinets, countertops, plumbing fixtures, mirrors and lights.

We converted the pocket door into a swing door, removed half of the left wall in the shower area and the header to open up the space and bring light into the shower. We also removed the deco divider on the vanity pony wall and replaced the linen closet.

For this remodel, we installed a soaking tub, deck mounted faucet, walk-in shower combination slide bar spray and rain head, granite counter tops, new lighting, tile floor, and frameless shower doors.
